bought this phone for my mom and aunt who are 80+. They like the big numbers and the easy use of the emergency buttons, plus the enhanced hearing features. Both are pleased and happy with their new phone
I REALLY LOVED THIS PHONE.SADLY AFTER ABOUT A WEEK I DISCOVERED THAT I MUST DISCONNECT THE PHONE LINE AFTER EACH USE IN ORDER TO MAKE A SECOND CALL.I DIDV NOT GET WARRANTY MATERIAL ON THE PHONE SELLER SHIPPED PROMPTLY, WAS IN EXCELLENT SHAPE ON ARRIVAL
The service and turn around time for shipment was excellent. The phone exceeded my expectations in all respects.
The phone was easy to set-up.my older parents had no problem. I have spoken to them several times since they got the phone and they both want to use it.so the soulution is to replace their cordless with the GE cordless model also. I would highly recommend this product.
This phone is great. I have some hearing loss and the volume assist really helps. I purchased one last year and my grandson baptized it with soda. Replaced it because it does the trick for me. I did not have any trouble with the reciever as some folks indicated. A good buy.arrived is just a few days.
